Melodic, narrative jazz in which interaction is central -

The jazz duo Loek and Daniel consists of two young musicians from Nijmegen. Both of them
they play in many combinations, but in this formation they go from the comfort zone of the standard jazz quartet, looking for the core of the pieces they play. The focus is on improvisation and interaction between the two young musicians.
The duo Loek and Daniel have their own view on contemporary jazz music, and they create their own sound by entering into a musical dialogue with each other through a narrative interpretation of the music. This can be heard in their own compositions as well as in the various originals they play.
