Astrid has sold her own regional (children's) theatre school. She also works as a presenter and actress.
Since 10 RTL4 TV seasons she has played at De Tv Kantine; Astrid is the permanent Stand In of Irene Moors. The actress can be seen in a number of TV commercials and she sings in 2019 in the national theatre production LIEDJES van TOON. In this tribute to Toon Hermans, Astrid sings together with Toon's son. The musical creator has an eye and feeling for atmosphere. She is representative, has a warm voice and likes to contribute to catchy programme making. Preferably in Dutch. Astrid is accompanied by a pianist.
