2CV Gypsy Jazz plays authentic Gypsy Jazz in the style of Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli. That Swings! For example, at your party, reception, wedding, corporate opening or garden party.
The best part is when we can make our entrance at the party by driving the 2CV while the double bass sticks out of the open roof. The atmosphere is right there then!
The swinging background music does not demand all the attention, but creates a nice atmosphere while the guests are having a drink.
We play standard with 4 musicians (violin, solo guitar, percussion guitar, double bass). Or in consultation with 3 musicians (violin, guitar, double bass). The violinist also sings about 7 songs.
Price variations:
2 hours: € 1100 excluding 9% VAT
2.5 hours: € 1210 excluding 9% VAT
3 hours: € 1320 excluding 9% VAT
3.5 hours: € 1430 excluding 9% VAT
4 hours: € 1540 excluding 9% VAT

We hebben een ontzettend leuke avond gehad. Tijdens ons diner zorgde de mannen van 2CV Gypsy Jazz voor een fantastische sfeer. Alle genodigden hebben het nóg over de heerlijke muziek op de achtergrond. Uiteindelijk hebben we de band 2 uur bijgeboekt. Zou ze zo weer boeken!

What great musicians! Our ceremony ran very late so the gentlemen had to wait quite a while in the heat. But then they beautifully musically framed our drinks, our dinner and then the walk-in to our party. The atmosphere was exactly what we wanted. Delicious jazz songs, quiet and uptempo. In our case, we wanted them mainly as atmosphere creators in the background and they totally succeeded. We got a lot of positive feedback and unfortunately, as it goes on a wedding day, we didn't get as much as we wanted. But luckily at dinner we could really enjoy their fantastic music!

What a cherry on the whipped (wedding) cake 2CV has been for us. As far as we are concerned a must have for every wedding. Apart from that, they were also very thoughtful when it turned out that the wedding hall had no speakers... so we got something much better; live music during the rings!

The performance met our expectations perfectly. We had asked the band to play in the afternoon for our wedding and that immediately gave a cheerful and good atmosphere. They already played when we (the bride and groom) entered the hall and that made the moment extra festive. The performance of 2CV in the trio formation with double bass, guitar and violin fitted exactly with the ambiance in the tree nursery where we had our garden party. Beautiful gypsy jazz in the background, real racial musicians with experience who adapt to the atmosphere and to the audience. They were flexible with their playing times, they are good in communication and they are just great guests. Not an untold word they played at a temperature of 30 degrees. They play both acoustically and with an amplifier. They take their black 2CV with them. Recommended.
