SundayMoon is a stylish, young, but experienced jazz-pop trio and has a refreshing repertoire with a pop/soul/jazz sound. Ideal to dance up at a party, but also for relaxing in the background during a drink or dinner with adjusted volume and repertoire. Popular songs are cast in a new jazzy/soulful jacket. Swinging songs are interspersed with dance classics from the 70s to the present day. For example songs like "im so excited", "get lucky", "perfect", "a night like this", etc
The given price is an indication for a performance of 60 minutes. Sundaymoon has its own instruments and professional sound and lighting equipment. It is already possible for us to play on a relatively small surface. Please let us know

The conservatory-trained trio consists of the pure and clear voice of Femke Schuiling (vocals), the warm and powerful voice and the versatile piano playing of Daan van Lanen (vocals & piano) and the virtuoso guitar playing and tight rhythm of Nico Maas (guitar and cajon - kind of wooden drum) With a small possession (3 musicians) already a full sound is created. People are sometimes surprised how full the sound sounds and how nice it can be danced to. At the same time they know how to find the perfect balance when relaxed background music is desired.
The sound of SundayMoon is often compared to artists like Caro Emerald, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Eva Cassidy. SundayMoon has an extensive repertoire. The sound consists of both powerful songs of today, as well as relaxed pop-jazz and soul songs of yesteryear.

We have booked SundayMoon for our wedding on 28-12-2019. It was a special and very nice day. The band arrived in the evening at the agreed time and managed to build up quickly. They tuned the music well to the audience. Slowly and surely the tempo was built up and they got everyone on the dancefloor. ZE played both well known and for us unknown songs, but each time very well fitting the atmosphere The communication went flawlessly and they took our wishes well into account. SundayMoon has exceeded all our expectations, partly due to the very good, smooth cooperation between the band members, it sounded great and the singer has a very beautiful voice! What a great band is SundayMoon! Ever since we got to know each other, we felt right away, this will be the band that will provide the music on the night of our wedding. SundayMoon played fantastic during our wedding. First during the ceremony (where they also rehearsed a new song for us), after that they played 3 sets in the afternoon/evening. Very atmospheric. Because there was also a loudspeaker outside everyone could hear it well (beach pavilion). Very nice bunch of musicians, very sociable. But most important of all: beautiful singing voices and accompaniment. We are very pleased with the musical interpretation on one of our most beautiful days of our lives!

SundayMoon had booked a drink and dinner at Beachclub BIRDS. It started with a drink where friends from America came over as a surprise for the birthday boy. During this walk-in she played her own version of Born in the USA. TOP! After the drink the guests went to the table. The band played wonderfully in the background and after dinner they could also take their feet off the floor. Super flexible and really a nice band: to see and hear! Highly recommended and we will definitely book them more often.

They managed to create a good atmosphere from the beginning of the evening, so there were more people on the dancefloor than we had expected. During the drinks on our wedding day SundayMoon provided fantastic background music. They could feel flawlessly what kind of music was needed for the moment. They varied more than enough despite the long set duration of 3 hours We had a slightly different song in mind for the kids (a song from Jungle Book), and this was no problem at all!
