The singing butcher Crist Coppens, comes from Veldhoven in Brabant but lives since 1990 in Horst aan de Maas where he runs a Keurslagerij. It is always a big party when the singing butcher has been!

Crist has been involved in music for over 30 years and it just got busier and busier. Currently, it has become an essential part of his life and work.
In recent years there have been several albums with his own songs recorded by Kees Tel or Manfred Jongenelis. His lyrics for the songs usually come from his music friend Jack van Raamsdonk. There are performances throughout the Netherlands and abroad.
