Peter van Drunen works as a radio and television presenter and journalist. He is also a much sought-after chairman, host and presenter at events. With empathy, inspiration and humor, he invariably manages to enthuse the audience at any event.

The given price is for a performance of four hours.

Presenter

Since 2016, Van Drunen has been doing more and more freelance presentation work for various events and media companies in addition to his regular job as a sports journalist. Among others, he presented TEDx Rotterdam, ING Netherlands' CRO Day and the Half Field Cup in Amsterdam. As of 2018, Peter is working for RTV Rijnmond. Here he presents various radio and television programs, such as the well-reviewed TV talk show FC Rijnmond. As host of that talk show, he and the editorial team won an NL Award in 2020 in the category "best regional television program" for an episode about racism in sports.

Presenting is in Peter's blood. Armed with his empathy, inspiration and a hefty dose of humor, he invariably succeeds in getting the audience excited at any event. Dealing with and interest in people always remains the most important ingredient in his work.

Sports journalist

In 2013, Peter left for London for a year and a half to work as a sports journalist for the international sports media company Perform Group (later DAZN). Here he shaped the Dutch branch of the company as voice-over for sports summaries and video editor. From 2014, Peter worked for that company for another five years, but from the Netherlands. Here he got a new position. As a sports journalist, he interviewed well-known athletes - from Marco van Basten to Max Verstappen - and created video items for major online titles such as AD and Voetbalzone.

Since 2017, he has worked as a reporter for Qmusic. At the best-listening radio station in the Netherlands, Peter reports on major sporting events such as the Rotterdam Marathon, La Vuelta Holanda and the ABN AMRO Open in Stephan Bouwman's shows. He can also still be seen and heard on Rijnmond, is hired as presenter for video content and is presenter and chairman at numerous events.
