During his school days he already played in the school band, later he would play in various bands with different styles of music. Although Roy Oostweegel had been involved with music for years, he had not previously made the step to a solo career.That came in 2016, when he decided to continue on his own as an entertainer. In addition to a full-time job, he performs every weekend, each time for a different enthusiastic audience.
