Based in Amsterdam, Canadian soprano Rachel GL is known for her great musicality, energy and sensitivity on stage. Her natural stage presence captivates audiences effortlessly. From Mozart to Ella Fitzgerald to Michael Jackson, Rachel sings it all!
She has been studying voice and piano since the age of six, which allowed her to accompany herself while singing from an early age.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Music in classical voice from the Conservatoire de Musique de Montréal (2020) and a Master of Music from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam (2022).
Rachel's 1-hour act consists of a perfect mix of classical, jazz and pop pieces, so she is sure to deliver a performance to suit everyone's taste! She is also happy to accept request
songs, as long as they stay within the styles of classical, jazz and/or pop. The singer can be booked as a soloist, accompanying herself on the piano and/or singing to pre-recorded instrumental tracks, as well as with a guitarist (by special request). She can perform at weddings, funerals, corporate events and more.

Rachel GL can be booked as a soloist, accompanying herself on the piano (suitable for background music and more intimate events), singing on professional backing tracks (suitable for parties and dance nights), or with a guitarist while accompanying herself on the piano. She performs at events such as weddings, funerals, corporate events, parties, receptions and more.

Solo performance with professional background music: 500 euros, excluding VAT, equipment and travel expenses.

Rachel can sing incredibly beautifully. She hits every note perfectly and gives a clean performance. She was extremely helpful with all the extra requests we had. She is punctual and professional. The pianist Jordi also played beautifully, and Rachel and he are well-coordinated. They can also read the room well!
