My name is Ben Snackers, chef with a very broad international experience in various facets of the hospitality industry. After years of working in my own catering businesses, I decided to go out into the world and immerse myself in the locals and their passion for cooking. Thus contacts were established in all Mediterranean countries of Europe, Caribbean islands and South American countries where I started to refine my knowledge and combine flavors. From this wealth of information, more and more catering companies on an international level took advantage and I have been working in various locations around the world. Mainly I have been involved in setting up restaurants, refining existing menus, coming up with new concepts and improving efficiency in existing kitchens. I try to translate people's feelings into dishes. Therefore, food is more than just functional for me. Food is. Enjoyment, sensual, romantic, cozy, socially necessary.... food is passion. While preparing and serving dishes, I discovered something.... guests felt something... something different... something special. I called it... "The sixth taste."

It's my passion.... your passion... translated into ingredients, flavors and feelings. I want to make you feel it... experience it... and stimulate you to try it out for yourselves. These experiences combined with my legal and sports education gives an inexhaustible source of solutions, advice and possibilities.
