Born in Zwolle, studied in Amsterdam with a Post Master in UC Berkeley (USA). During her studies, Damla did media training at BNN and Veronica Academy. After her studies in America, Damla worked at wehkamp for 5 years. She then moved to Luxembourg to work at Amazon. For Amazon, she and the team launched Amazon.nl from Luxembourg where Damla fulfilled the role of Head of Customer Experience. Meanwhile, in addition to being Day President, Presenter and Podcast Host, she is Chief Marketing Officer at her family business totalBED.
