Martina and Joy are an experienced singing and guitar-playing duo that suit many different needs (i.e., concerts, festivals, weddings, funerals, business parties, private parties, birthday parties, etc.). 

They provide Brazilian music (Bossa Nova, Samba, and Choro), jazz, and original music. A song request from the client is also possible.

Martina and Joy are also two award-winning professional musicians and composers, having graduated from one of the best conservatories in the world, - Royal Conservatory of The Hague, where they met each other.

Martina Bergonzoni - vocals
Martina Bergonzoni (born 1996) is an emerging jazz singer/guitarist
originally from Italy. She had the opportunity to perform in the Netherlands
Netherlands for several events, especially in the city of Amsterdam,
such as the "Grachten Festival 2020", "ROEF Festival" and often collaborated
often with the "Amsterdam Music Project." In 2021, she won the first
prize at the competition "Music 4 The Next Generation" and got the
opportunity to perform in several places in northern Italy such as
"Teatro Sociale di Trento", "Teatro Zandonai di Rovereto" and
"Teatro Ristori di Verona."
Her passion for music began at an early age, when she began to follow
a musical path through classical guitar studies. Later
she discovered and demonstrated her passion for singing
accompanying herself on guitar and began performing as a "solo"
in various events in her hometown and throughout
northern Italy. At that time, her biggest influences were mainly
coming from pop/indie, classical and jazz music. She then realized
how important jazz music was to her and how motivated she felt to
deepen her knowledge of singing and decided to begin her studies
at the "Royal Conservatory of The Hague" (2018-2022) to follow
the "Jazz Vocals" program with the addition of a minor in jazz guitar.
It is during that period that she developed a strong passion for
Brazilian music that led her to the creation of a project called
"Tengu Malina - Bossa Nova Project."
Out of a desire to write and play original songs, she recently formed
a quartet called "MaNiDa" (2021) that focuses on exploring a
new sound through original compositions characterized by
melodic entanglement, combining moments of melodic
counterpoint with moments reminiscent of choral harmony. She is
currently working intensively on this project to realize the first
first upcoming album and continuing to compose new songs, always
looking for new ways to express her feelings through the musical
language.

Joy Goh - guitar
Joy Goh is a guitarist, composer and recording artist currently living in the Netherlands. He was awarded best young talent at the Taipei Jazz Festival in 2015.
He graduated from one of the most admired schools in the world, the Royal Conservatory in The Hague. During his studies, he had lessons mainly from the great Martijn van Iterson, Anotine Boyer, Pedro Martins, John Ruocco, Toon Roos, Jarmo Hoogendijk and Youngchan Na.
Pursuing his greatest passion, Brazilian music, he also took his Brazilian music lessons with Professor Kees Gelderblom of Codarts.
He also studied with the son of Brazilian guitar legend Baden Powell, Marcel Powell. Marcel was Baden Powell's only student. And Joy learned Baden Powell's secret technique from the only person who knows it
He now leads the band, Orixa no Yokai
