In 2009 Debbie won the Buma / Stemra 'Best Talent' Award because of her collaboration with Eva Simons and Afrojack. From that moment she knew she was on the right track to become a professional songwriter, composer and producer.
Debbie's vocal career began with singing and playing piano at her mother's Pentecostal Church.
Her passion for music eventually led her to study at the Conservatory of Music in Hilversum and specialize in Jazz Vocals.
