Debora is a Best Talented Songwriter Award winning singer with a clear soulful voice. She gives her own unique interpretation of the most beautiful pop, Jazz, R&B, Easy- Listening and love songs. In both English and Dutch. Examples: Ed Sheeran, Billie Holiday, Aretha Franklin, Frank Sinatra, etc.

In 2009 Debbie won the Buma / Stemra 'Best Talent' Award because of her collaboration with Eva Simons and Afrojack. From that moment she knew she was on the right track to become a professional songwriter, composer and producer.

At the age of 12, Debbie took classical piano lessons. At the time, young Debbie did not own a piano and her neighbors let her practice on theirs. In the meantime, she began saving for her own piano!

Debbie's vocal career began with singing and playing the piano at her mother's Pentecostal Church. Her passion for music eventually led her to study at the Conservatory of Music in Hilversum and specialize in Jazz Vocals.
