Growing up in Chanthaburi, a region known for its abundant seafood, fruit, and spice, I developed a deep respect for the ingredients that nature provides. My cooking style reflects the teachings of my mother, grandmother, and aunt, who passed down their love for authentic flavors and time-honored techniques.
With a background in architecture, I approach cooking as an art form, imagining each dish in my mind before bringing it to life. Returning to the kitchen in the Netherlands allowed me to blend my heritage with my passion for creating healthy, flavorful meals, first for my children and now for a wider audience.
At JUJIE COOK's THAI, quality is paramount. We only use the finest Thai ingredients, and whenever possible, I wake up early to personally select fresh, local produce.
