Lastige onderwerpen bespreekbaar maken zonder dat het zwaar wordt? Dat is precies wat regietheater doet. Het is herkenbaar, interactief en ontwapenend. Het is een krachtige vorm van theater waarin het publiek actief meedoet en direct invloed heeft op wat er op het podium gebeurt.

Samen met jou wordt jouw onderwerp besproken. Wat is er nodig? Waar ligt de focus? Dan gaan wij aan de slag. Na een gedegen script te hebben geschreven stapt Arianda Schepens samen met collega-acteur(s) van Hebbes Theater het podium op en laat het publiek zien hoe communicatie, vaak met de beste bedoelingen, toch volledig kan ontsporen.
In de eerste scène zie je het misgaan. In de tweede ronde krijg jíj́j de regie: het publiek stuurt de spelers aan. Een kleine aanwijzing, een andere insteek… en ineens loopt het gesprek totaal anders. Herkenbaar, hilarisch en verrassend leerzaam.
Er mag gelachen worden. Graag zelfs. Maar ondertussen raken we wél de thema’s die ertoe doen. Lastige thema's maken
wij op deze manier laagdrempelig bespreekbaar. We horen graag welke thema’s jij wilt verkennen.
We schrijven elke scène op maat en beginnen altijd met een goed gesprek om te checken of we precies kunnen bieden wat jij zoekt.

Arianda is trainingsacteur sinds de jaren ’90. Vanuit deze expertise heeft ze alle denkbare onderwerpen al gespeeld en behandeld. Regietheater laat zien waar het schuurt. De zaal heeft inbreng in de afloop van het gesprek dat je ziet op het podium. Arianda is ook trainer en kan zodoende didactisch het gesprek leiden. Ze is directeur/eigenaar van Hebbes Academy en Hebbes training.

I would like to commend the wonderful interactive discussion during the Day of the Mantelzorger. It was a meeting that made an impression and that I look back on with a good feeling. Introduction: The opening by you Arianda was pleasant. Your personal stories created a warm atmosphere and were a nice icebreaker to start the conversation. Authenticity: Being a caregiver yourself, you spoke with sincere commitment and recognizable experiences. That gave the whole thing strength and credibility. Acting: You and Judith did a super job. The kitchen table scene was not only fun and relatable, but also managed to stir emotions. It caused both laughter and tears in the audience. Gathering: I felt that the talk brought people closer together. The attendees felt comfortable, were open, and enjoyed sharing experiences with like-minded people. That made the threshold to participate a lot lower. That's what both Elise and I got back from the participants. In short: it was a valuable and inspiring session that was put together with great care and attention. My compliments for your execution - it really created something beautiful. Thank you!

What a great collaboration with Arianda! From the first contact it was clear that she takes her role as chairperson seriously. In the preparatory phase of my conference Aandacht voor mensenwerk (Attention for people at work) she actively thought along, brought in original and practical ideas and was visibly involved in the whole. Everything was prepared down to the last detail; even on the day itself she checked in with me to make sure everything went smoothly. Arianda made a direct connection with the audience. With her humor, open attitude and alertness, she effortlessly responded to what was happening at the time. This created a natural flow and relaxed atmosphere that really kept the participants engaged. In her own unique way, she brought the topic of work happiness to life. I admired her professionalism and positive energy. A very nice collaboration that I can heartily recommend!

We found it an incredibly fun and valuable session. The theme of happiness at work, which often feels somewhat abstract or 'soft', was presented in a clear and concrete way, giving us a real grip on it. It was inspiring to see how you can measure, test and translate happiness at work into goals. The insights from the TOPPS model also contributed a lot. The combination of content and storytelling from beginning to end made it a fascinating and tangible story. A session we are happy to recommend.
