Live achtergrondmuziek op gitaar. Ik ben Lex Kemper, een gitarist die uitstekend een prettige sfeer kan scheppen. Vooral op gelegenheden waar men graag een gesprek met elkaar voert.
Ik ben Lex Kemper, een gitarist die uitstekend een prettige sfeer kan scheppen. Vooral op gelegenheden waar men graag een gesprek met elkaar voert. Ik ben geen druktemaker, en ik hou het volume beperkt. Mijn repertoire is breed, en vooral gebaseerd op de muziek van de 20e eeuw. Veel pop, jazz, 60’s en 70’s, mediterraan, zuid-amerikaans, blues, evergreens, licht klassiek, zo gevarieerd mogelijk. De programmakeuze geschiedt in overleg met de opdrachtgever. Verzoeknummers zijn mogelijk (mits speelbaar).
Specialiteiten van het huis:
- Pure rustige achtergrond. Heel geschikt als begeleiding van kleinere diners. In mijn woonplaats Apeldoorn ben ik jarenlang huisgitarist geweest bij restaurant de Bon Vivant.
- Iets pittiger. Tegenwoordig maak ik soms gebruik van een ‘looper’ om mijn eigen begeleiding in te
kunnen spelen, zodat ik in mijn eentje als een kleine band kan klinken. Fijn voor recepties, waar een iets levendiger achtergrondje op zijn plaats is.
- Trouwceremonie + receptiegedeelte. Bij de ceremonie speel ik live bijvoorbeeld bij binnenkomst, ondertekening van de aktes, en verlaten van de plek. En vervolgens op het receptiegedeelte. Eventueel ook bij het diner. Van te voren hebben we persoonlijk contact en bespreken wat er wanneer gespeeld gaat worden. Voor het eindfeest, waar het dak er af gedanst gaat worden, ben ik niet geschikt!

The contact with Lex was very pleasant. From one of the colleagues we celebrated her 25th anniversary at a cooking studio. Lex arrived on time and started playing while we were still cooking. When we sat down to dinner he had rehearsed a song by Depeche Mode especially for the celebrant (she is a big fan) and that was a nice moment for her. This was agreed with him in advance and nice that he wanted to do this for her. Also during dinner everyone enjoyed his music.

Beautiful performance, For my wife's birthday we booked Lexsolo. We wanted music in the background, which was not overpowering but still created a pleasant atmosphere. We succeeded very well! Besides the fact that Lex is absolutely a good guitarist, he also feels the people very well. At one point the people went outside into the garden because of the nice weather and Lex went into the garden with them. All in all, I can highly recommend Lex. Above expectations and definitely worth repeating
