Ich habe an einem Workshop bei Zippo teilgenommen und es war die Zeit und das Geld absolut wert. Die Energie, die Struktur des Workshops und die Teilnehmer ließen mich meine täglichen Probleme für eine Weile vergessen und vor allem den Moment genießen. Zippo verdient es, viel mehr gesehen zu werden!

Ich war zum zweiten Mal bei Zippos Body & Mind Workshop und es war wieder eine tolle Erfahrung. Zippo ist sehr freundlich und einladend und hat viele lustige Spiele mit uns gemacht. Diese Spiele helfen einem, sich wieder mit seinem Körper zu verbinden und ihn bewusster wahrzunehmen - besonders wenn man einen Bürojob hat, bei dem man sich nicht viel bewegt. Durch die spielerischen und ansprechenden Übungen fühlte ich mich mehr im Hier und Jetzt. Die Atmosphäre war entspannt und unterstützend, was es leicht machte, den Stress loszulassen und einfach den Moment zu genießen. Ich kann diesen Workshop jedem empfehlen, der sich wieder mit seinem Körper verbinden und Achtsamkeit auf spielerische Weise erfahren möchte.
