Wissel jullie zakelijke event af met muziek, humor en interactie; This is where the magic happens! Met mijn muzikale peptalk 'Groovy Business' zorg ik met muziek, humor en inspirerende verhalen voor energie en nieuwe inzichten tijdens congres, seminar, symposium, of (jaar-)vergadering.
Hebben jullie een mooi congres, seminar of teamdag op de planning? Inspirerende sprekers, belangrijke thema’s, waardevolle inhoud? Dat wordt ongetwijfeld top!
Maar met veel zakelijke programma’s merk je dat de energie van de aanwezigen niet altijd even hoog blijft. En dat is toch zonde. Aan de hand van muzikale voorbeelden, verhalen en anekdotes neem ik de aanwezigen mee in hoe muzikanten kennis delen, krachten bundelen en gebruik maken van onderlinge verschillen. Thema’s die voor elk bedrijf en voor elke branche wel relevant zijn.
Samenwerken, communicatie, leiderschap en co-creatie. Het komt allemaal voorbij, op een manier die je nog niet eerder hebt gehoord met heel veel muziek. Kortom: de energie omhoog én mooie lessen!
Ik verdiep mij altijd in de onderneming
of organisatie waarvoor ik spreek, en maak dan in mijn keynote verrassende, inhoudelijke koppelingen.
Tijdens een intake vooraf bespreken we:
-wie zitten er in het publiek?
-waar zijn ze mee bezig / wat doen ze?
-wat leeft / speelt er op dit moment?
Aan de hand daarvan stel ik mijn keynote (aka mijn Muzikale Peptalk) samen! Zo hou ik het leuk en afwisselend voor mijzelf, én is het voor jullie het meest waardevol.Met mij als energizer zullen de aanwezigen:

Peter van Kempen delivered a morning session for managers at job domain. His lecture, framed with lots of music, was very well received. Peter has a very pleasant way of presenting. He took everyone into the world of HR compared to an orchestra. Even in a team, everyone plays their own instrument and brings their own color. Peter showed this in a very catchy way.
