Een paar jaar geleden werd ik verliefd op de accordeon, en sindsdien speel ik zo vaak mogelijk op vele verschillende plekken. De accordeon is een zeer veelzijdig instrument, en kan op elke plek en bij elke gelegenheid sfeer creëren.
Zo speel ik in veilinghuizen, stoomgemalen, verzorgingstehuizen, bij verjaardagen, langs wandelroutes, of op straat in Amsterdam. Ik beschik over vele uren repertoire in verschillende stijlen, zoals Franse muziek, tango, klassiek en jazz. Uiteraard is het repertoire naar uw wensen af te stemmen. Ik kan spelen in het centrum van de aandacht, of meer op de achtergrond. Versterking is meestal niet nodig, maar behoort ook tot de mogelijkheden. Ook kan ik in overleg verzoeknummers instuderen. Er is veel mogelijk, neem gerust en geheel vrijblijvend contact met mij op!

My mother turned 90. We celebrated in the restaurant of the care facility. A successful birthday party partly due to the cheerful sounds from Gijs Leegwater's accordion. Two hours of entertaining music, for a party of 20-25 people. Gijs is a pleasant person in his performance, no star power, there was much appreciation for his music. The enthusiastic and sincere applause at the end was therefore fully deserved
