The new kind of happy hour: the silent disco workout!

The perfect workshop, clinic or group activity. An energizing experience with uptempo hits from past and present, playing back-to-back at your own volume with the luminous silent disco headphones. Nice stretching and stretching on a series of mats, standing or on a chair when you add it as a break element at an event.

During the workout, we deliberately build the music up and down. A great workshop to get out of your head and boost energy.

We could all use a little more exercise, whether you sit at your laptop all day or do physical work. Stretching and stretching is an added value for everyone. Movement is relaxing, stimulating and provides stretching for all your muscles! Combined with the Silent Disco element, we'll make it an extra big party!

The workshop is adaptable to any age and situation.
We have room for 24 participants, due to our own headphone stock. If you have a larger group, we will rent some additional headphones (which will ad an extra fee)! It is possible to add a LIVE DJ for an extra fee to get the party really going.
