As General Manager of the Paddls, I was impressed many years ago by the outstanding moderation skills of Richard Bordes. In his role as moderator of many of our Round Tables, Richard not only has a wealth of knowledge on ICT topics, but also masterfully knows how to bridge the gap between technology and practical applications at end clients. An important quality of Richard is his ability to bring participants out of their shell and actively involve them in the discussions. Through his inexhaustible energy, thoughtful questions and enthusiastic approach, he creates an environment where everyone feels encouraged to share their insights.
