Waarom Damla Kartal?
Damla Kartal weet uit eigen ervaring hoe bepalend keuzes zijn voor de richting van je carrière, impact en leven. Als dochter van migranten groeide zij op tussen verschillende werelden. Later werkte zij binnen internationale corporates, bouwde zij een carrière op in meerdere landen en maakte zij zelf keuzes waarvan de uitkomst vooraf allesbehalve zeker was.
Van het verlaten van haar comfortzone voor internationale kansen, tot ondernemerschap en wonen in het buitenland: steeds opnieuw stond dezelfde vraag centraal: Blijf ik waar ik ben, of heb ik het lef om te bewegen?
