Een full tropical rainforest performance en experience waarbij The Jungle Warrior middels dans aandacht vraagt voor het regenwoud. Met "Monkey with a Mission" gaat het publiek mee op avontuur naar het regenwoud en zal worden geconfronteerd met de ontbossing.
Maar door gezamelijk en interactief de performance af te sluiten, onstaat er hoop, perspectief en positiviteit.
De "Monkey with a Mission" dance performance gaat over de laatste orang utan. Vanuit het perspectief van deze primaat wordt de schoonheid, maar helaas ook de vernietiging van zijn leefomgeving in Indonesië verteld en gedanst.
The Jungle Warrior neemt het publiek mee en schuwt niet om de confrontatie aan te gaan met de vernietigers van het regenwoud.
De dance performance wordt energiek afgesloten met positiviteit en met interactie met het publiek. Het publiek zal bewust worden dat ze ook onderdeel kunnen zijn van de oplossing en dat zorgt ervoor dat er een gevoel van hoop en perspectief zal ontstaan.

When Patrick starts to dance, an energy fills the room that’s truly contagious. I was genuinely moved by his performance. Because I know that Patrick fights for the rainforest, I automatically make the connection between his dance and the rainforest. That gives it an extra layer of meaning. I’m aware that we’re not doing well when it comes to deforestation, but through Patrick’s dance, I truly feel it. I feel the beauty of nature, which he expresses through his movements. Patrick is a bundle of energy and enthusiasm. When you combine that with his background, his passion, his conviction, his talents, and his perseverance, you get the perfect ingredients for an inspiring performance. As director of Theaterstudio Apeldoorn, I had the pleasure of working with him for many years — in a warm, professional, and sincere way. And for all those reasons, we’ve recently resumed our collaboration, which led to the creation of an arts education foundation for schools: Project Lima. Together with three other professional dancers, we develop projects with a social theme. In consultation with Patrick, our first topic is the rainforest.
