Sinds 2018 maak ik met veel plezier sprongetjes in de muziekindustrie. Inmiddels breng ik steeds vaker het Nederlandstalige lied ten gehore op feesten/ kermissen en partijen.
Muziek en verlichting hebben mij altijd al gefascineerd.
Het is mooi om hiermee bezig te zijn.
Vroeger draaide ik wel eens in een kroeg of clubgebouw waar ik zo nu en dan door de microfoon sprak, maar zingen deed ik destijds nog niet.
Met zingen begon ik in 2018. Als eigenaar van een bouwbedrijf zing ik regelmatig een nummertje mee tijdens het werk. Aangezien ik complimenten kreeg over mijn zangkunsten bedacht ik om er wat mee te gaan doen. Mijn eerste cover 'Ga dan' werd zeer positief ontvangen. ''Vooral mee doorgaan, klinkt echt goed,'' waren de reacties.
En dat heb ik gedaan!
Inmiddels treed ik vaak op tijdens besloten feesten, cafés en kermissen.
Met nummers als 'jij krijgt die lach niet van mijn gezicht', 'mooie blauwe ogen', 'Biertje en een bitterbal', 'jouw blik', 'Ome Jan', 'Blikkendag', 'Vrolijke Koster' en meer van dit repertoire maak ik er wél een lekker feestje van!

We traditionally close the year with a 7v7 tournament and then a social gathering in the canteen with a snack and a drink accompanied by a nice piece of music, Arie added a good dose of extra fun this evening with his act. Delicious sing-alongs by an enthusiastic singer is always good. Thanks Arie

Our residents enjoyed themselves, they sang along, clapped and even started a polonaise. With clients and staff. It was a party, and Arie will definitely be invited again.
