We presteren vaak onder hoogspanning met teveel prikkels. Met de komst van AI zal de overprikkeling alleen maar groter worden met mogelijk alle gevolgen van dien. De kunst van communiceren zal net zo moeten evolueren en dat zit niet alleen in de vaardigheid van spreken of schrijven. Communiceren zou eigenlijk een liefdevol delen moeten zijn, maar vaak bij de eerste zin is de "toon al gezet". Veelal spelen er (on)bewuste factoren mee die moeilijk te pinpointen zijn.
