Luka Bloom is een 24-jarige zangeres en songwriter van Nederlands/Indonesische afkomst. Met haar zachte, jazzy stem en een authentieke, warme uitstraling, weet Luka het publiek altijd te veroveren met zowel covers (van tijdloze klassiekers) als haar eigen nummers.
Veelzijdig en aanpasbaar kan ze optreden in verschillende omgevingen. Haar optredens zijn heel uitlopend, waardoor ze de sfeer op elk feest feilloos kan aanvoelen en hierop in weet te spelen. Ze kan het publiek rustig laten kletsen terwijl haar warme stem op de achtergrond een fijne ambience creëert, of juist iedereen mee laten swingen, dansen en zingen!
Dankzij haar ervaring binnen de modellen- en hospitality branche weet ze zich als een kameleon binnen ieder gezelschap kan aanpassen. Ze staat open voor themafeesten en kledingvoorschriften. Ook live muziek op begrafenissen, bruiloften, zakelijke evenementen, verjaardagen, (walking) diners, gala's e.d. zijn mogelijk.
Luka heeft een gitarist tot haar beschikking, maar treedt ook solo op met behulp van backing tracks. Nummers op aanvraag zijn
altijd een mogelijkheid in overleg.

In a world where nothing is ever certain, she stands as a beacon of authenticity and depth. Her music is a testament to the power of vulnerability, a soothing balm for the soul and a source of inspiration for those seeking a deeper connection or meaning withing the chaos that comes with ‘being’.
Since young she gained inspiration from London-based artists such as Greentea Peng, Amy Winehouse, Cleo Sol, and Pip Millet. Living in Amsterdam, Luka Bloom also finds inspiration in the energy of the city, experiences and people which she channels into her music. As she continues to write and record music in the safety of her home, Luka Bloom is dedicated to leave her own mark on the neo-soul landscape.
Her musical journey began with the release of her debut single ‘Try’ in November 2020. In November 2021, she followed up with the evocative 'War,' which stands for her struggles with finding her own way and overcoming insecurities.
In February 2023 she took a different turn by releasing ‘dat het anders was’, a single written in her native language. This release was her way of showing that she is not bound to a specific genre or language but creates and expresses herself exactly where her heart lies. Her debut EP ‘layers’ is set to drop in May 2024 and contains 9 tracks that symbolize the **layers** of emotions, experiences, and struggles that have defined the woman Luka Bloom is today.

Luka Bloom, despite being a novice artist, is a professional singer with a fine voice. She brings a wonderful vibe and her soulful sound was a perfect fit for our VIP night for regulars. Luka is friendly, has an open attitude and is very approachable. She thinks along with us on location. Her musical accompaniment was fine as a background sound to give just that summer edge we were looking for. The small point I can mention is the sound of her box, which for a large room is not quite adequate. Thanks again Luka for coming and putting in the effort last Friday. I wish you a great musical career and maybe we will see each other again!

Our first booking of Luka dates back to 2021 during the Breakfastclub Corona Live sessions at Poppodium Volt in Sittard. A year later after Corona, we as an organization could really get started and were able to establish a partnership with Mama's Pride. From our first meeting with Luka, we as an organization agreed that Luka would fit perfectly on the lineup for the then upcoming edition. *Again raving about Luka's talent during her performance on our collaboration stage host at the Mama's Pride festival in Geleen. The organization of the Mama's Pride festival was also impressed with the performance as a locally regarded talent.

The contact went smoothly and she listened to our wishes, besides that she is a very versatile artist. She also makes contact with the audience during the performance.
