Ons akoestisch duo – bestaande uit zang en gitaar – brengt live muziek met gevoel, finesse en een vleugje magie. We spelen bekende songs in een sfeervol akoestisch jasje: van romantische ballads tot soulvolle pop, jazzy klanken en lichte latin-invloeden. Onze muziek voegt warmte en persoonlijkheid toe aan elk moment – subtiel op de achtergrond of juist met een sprankelende aanwezigheid indien gewenst.
Voor bruidsparen verzorgen we bijvoorbeeld de perfecte muzikale omlijsting van de ceremonie, het diner of de borrel. Denk aan een intiem live gezongen “If I ain't got you' of een ander nummer dat speciaal voor jullie ingestudeerd wordt. Voor zakelijke opdrachtgevers, recepties of privéfeesten zorgen we voor stijlvolle sfeer en raden we aan ons in de trio bezetting te boeken met contrabas.
Tijdens de ceremonie kunnen we jullie favoriete nummers spelen. Deze studeren we graag in een geeft een persoonlijke touch aan de mooiste dag van jullie leven! Ook kunnen we daarna nog blijven spelen tijdens de borrel. Eventueel kunnen we onze act uitbreiden met contrabas, trompet en zelfs drums. De tarieven hiervoor zijn te vinden bij de act Helen Music. We hebben een breed repertoire van soul, jazz, latin & pop.
Helen, zangeres en bandleider van Helen Music, zingt vanaf haar jeugd en is een bekend gezicht op vele podia en in verschillende muziekstudio’s. Haar warme en krachtige stem en dito uitstraling vormen de basis voor een daverend optreden. Zij zingt moeiteloos de meest uiteenlopende stijlen, van jazz standards tot soul
en dance-classics en is gewend te switchen van easy-listening naar up tempo nummers.
Mark is afgestudeerd aan het conservatorium in Zwolle, met als hoofdvak gitaar jazz/lichte muziek en daarnaast heeft hij een aantal jaren hoofdvak Trombone gestudeerd op het conservatorium te Zwolle. Hij heeft in verschillende (show)orkesten en Big Bands gespeeld o.a. First Showband en Maxim, waarbij hij vele artiesten begeleidde o.a. René Froger, Lee Towers, Gerard Joling, Frans Bauer en André Hazes.

Saturday June 11th we celebrated our lustrum party at estate Anckerwaerdt in Culemborg. This became a great party thanks to the fantastic professionals who deserve to be 'discovered' by a wide audience. While we were being welcomed outside they were already playing, with visible pleasure, and lured us inside, after which the dance night started right away. The way they guided the evening with their music, built it up and got everyone on the dancefloor, deserves a big applause and that's what they got. Helen and your men: we're singing your praises to everyone who wants to hear them!
