In 2019, we came into contact with Anita Saunders who performed there at a wedding event at Chateau Marquette Heemskerk. We immediately got goosebumps from her performance and booked her right away for our wedding in 2020. Because of the Corona, we had to move our wedding twice. All this time, we kept in touch. Together, we regularly discussed which songs she would sing during the ceremony and during the evening party. Among other things, she rehearsed Caruso entirely in Italian for us! She herself also came up with pieces of music that would be appropriate for our wedding. Anita is very professional and a great singer with a warm voice who can sing both slow and up tempo songs. The performance of duo Anita Sanders and Ed Idema was exactly as I had imagined. We have booked this duo for the musical accompaniment of the Christmas dinner at our Lions Club. And what have they done well. Quietly at the beginning, so we could understand each other with music in the background and as the evening progressed the tempo and volume increased.
