In het dagelijks leven met veel plezier docent economie, maar het hart ligt toch vooral bij het maken van muziek. Zowel zelf schrijven als akoestisch (onversterkt!) uitvoeren op (verjaardags)feestjes in de huiskamer of in de tuin. Het repertoire is breed en bestaat naast eigen liedjes (zie recent uitgebrachte cd met 11 eigen Nederlandstalige liedjes) uit vele bekende songs zowel in het Engels als in het Nederlands. Gevoelige ballads en sfeervolle meezingers worden afgewisseld met uptempo popliedjes van nu en vroeger.
Er is inmiddels veel ervaring opgedaan met optredens en de gasten hebben hierbij altijd de mogelijkheid om zelf hun muziekkeuzes aan te kruisen op Jukebox kaartjes. Van Blof, de Dijk, Guus Meeuwis en André Hazes tot aan Elvis, The beatles en Ed Sheeran. Voor ieder wat wils. ‘Het is altijd het allerbelangrijkst dat de muziek echt iets toevoegt en zorgt voor een fijne sfeer die misschien wel uitnodigt tot dansen en meezingen als de gelegenheid zich ervoor leent’
Zowel zang als gitaar worden akoestisch gespeeld. Heel flexibel aan de tafels bij de gasten, waarbij zo persoonlijk mogelijk op de wensen en smaken kan worden ingespeeld.
Het bestaande repertoire kan altijd op verzoek worden uitgebreid. Speciale wensen en aanvragen kunnen worden toegevoegd.

For our wedding reception, we asked Jan to add some atmosphere. The nice thing is that Jan moves around and plays a very varied repertoire, engaging the guests. This without being intrusive or too present. The guests enjoyed it. The contact beforehand was also pleasant and he took into account our wishes.
