Celine & Serge hebben niet dezelfde achtergrond, maar dat maakt dit duo juist zo leuk. Celine heeft een musicalopleiding afgerond en is helemaal thuis in de "luisterliedjes", kleinkunst en ballades, Serge is juist meer van de stevigere muziek, pop/rock en alles waar ritme en pit in zit. Serge is zanger, maar in dit duo dus ook pianist/gitarist en dat maakt dit duo anders dan anders!
Hierdoor klinkt geen enkel lied in de ceremonie hetzelfde en is de mogelijkheid er om een gezellige en gevarieerde set te spelen tijdens de borrel.
Je hoeft dus niet te kiezen tussen een man of een vrouw EN zelfs niet tussen piano of gitaar, want we wisselen het af tijdens een ceremonie/borrel!

Momenteel is Celine vooral aan het werk als Ceremonie Zangeres, speelt ze haar eigen theatervoorstelling en is ze parttime aan het werk als Zorg-Zangeres bij een zorginstelling.
Serge is frontzanger bij een coverband, muziekdocent en dus begeleider en zanger in dit duo.

Recently Celine Weerts was allowed to sing at the farewell / funeral of my mother-in-law. We didn't know Celine and it was a bit of a test as my mother-in-law loved the Limburg songs and Celine had to rehearse these songs first and of course at short notice. We met shortly before the Holy Mass and there she already radiated along with the pianist that she was very professional but also very friendly and accommodating. When Mass began and Celine began to sing it exceeded our wildest dreams. It was beautiful, emotional and sweet and indescribably pure ....Celine sang soooo beautifully that it simply couldn't help but feel that her voice touched you .....echt chapeau (also to the pianist)!!!! My mother-in-law would have loved it..... and that was just the intention..... Celine thanks again and I hope (though in a different setting) to hear your voice many more times. Thank you !!!
