Intimate professional classical guitar music for every occasion; from concerts, weddings and birthdays to romantic and business dinners and all other kinds of social events. There is a diverse Spanish and Latin American music program ready for connoisseurs and enthusiasts alike which is full of warm sounds to give any occasion a personal and intimate touch.

My repertoire also offers a selection of easy listening and arrangements of popular songs. You can always request your favorite pieces of music in advance that will be arranged as beautifully as possible for the acoustic guitar!

Johan Timmermans is a classically trained all-round guitarist with years of stage experience. He worked his way through many different genres to eventually graduate from the conservatory as a gifted classical guitarist. Today, as a solo guitarist, he focuses mainly on the better-known repertoire and non-Western classical world music.

Besides his career as a solo guitarist, Johan also performs with his Arabic and Mediterranean music duo Zephyra, Spanish folk music duo Hiedra and the traditional Greek music duo Meraki.

Johan performs for listening audiences as well as background music at all kinds of venues in the Benelux. It is always possible to request suggestions for pieces in advance to make occasions even more personal. Should the space require it, amplification is always an option!
