Twips! is vrolijk, onstuimig en gezellig. Twips is
ouderwets veelzijdig, geroutineerd en
enthousiast. Maar Twips is vooral een trio dat staat
als een huis, met een verrassende presentatie.
Twips! speelt niet alleen vóór, maar liefst ook
mét het publiek. In een show waarin je
voortdurend op het verkeerde been gezet wordt
speelt het trio op authentieke instrumenten een
hip én herkenbaar repertoire. Klassiekers en de
zomerhits van dit jaar, ze kunnen allemaal
langskomen, maar dan wel in een spetterend
nieuw jasje. Maar Twips! heeft ook een grote
voorliefde voor het (Nederlandstalige) repertoire
waarmee de heren al sinds jaar en dag door het
land trekken, van enthousiaste meezingers tot
sappige smartlappen of romantische serenades.
En heeft u een verzoekje? Franse chansons,
Cubaanse bolero’s, Caribische calypso’s, Ierse
drinkliederen, Duitse Schlagers; u kunt het zo
gek niet verzinnen of de heren
spelen het à la
minute voor u.
Door het uitgebreide repertoire is Twips! ook
een uitstekende act voor internationale
gelegenheden. Voor een Engels-, Frans-, Duits of Spaanstalig publiek draait Twips! z'n hand niet om. Waar u ook vandaan komt, bij Twips!
voelt u zich helemaal thuis…
Twips speelt vaak twee of meer sets van 30 minuten, maar kortere of langere sets zijn ook mogelijk. Meestal akoestisch-mobiel, maar desgewenst ook (licht) versterkt vanaf het podium. De vanafprijs is voor twee sets van 30 minuten in twee uur tijd. De eerste 100 kilometer rekent Twips geen reiskosten. Is het verder, dan vragen we 30 cent per kilometer.

We used Peter at the festive opening of our 'brown' café at the office of Keylane in Utrecht. With his performance he created a pleasant atmosphere and musical accompaniment. Had a wonderful afternoon performing with Peter at the nursing home where my demented mother lives. Peter makes contact with everyone and connects perfectly with what makes his audience happy. Wonderful to see the reactions of everyone, and I enjoyed myself enormously! A must for every occasion!
