Mijn naam is Danisha en ik ben zangeres met een grote liefde voor muziek die spreekt waar woorden soms tekortschieten. Tijdens uitvaarten en herdenkingen zet ik mijn stem in om troost te bieden, emoties te dragen en herinneringen een muzikale vorm te geven.
Mijn muzikale basis ligt in de gospel, een genre dat staat voor hoop, vertrouwen en verbondenheid. Deze waarden neem ik mee in elk afscheid, met respect voor ieders persoonlijke verhaal en geloofsovertuiging. Daarnaast zing ik ook soulvolle nummers, ingetogen popliederen en andere passende muziek die aansluit bij de sfeer en wensen van de nabestaanden.
Ik hecht veel waarde aan persoonlijk contact en sta daarom altijd open voor verzoeknummers. Samen bespreken we welke liederen betekenisvol zijn en hoe de
muziek het moment kan ondersteunen. Het is bovendien mogelijk om het zangoptreden te laten begeleiden door live piano, wat zorgt voor een extra intieme en warme muzikale beleving.
Met rust, empathie en professionaliteit draag ik graag bij aan een waardig en liefdevol afscheid, waarin muziek helpt om te herinneren, te voelen en te verbinden.

For our wedding, we booked Danisha, and what an incredible choice that was! I then scoured all of Instagram to find her account, because I so wanted to let her know, in addition to this review, how special her performance was. By now I have watched the video of her performance back at least eight times. Each time I get goosebumps and tears roll down my cheeks as soon as she sings the first note. Danisha's voice is magical, and her message of faith and hope touches you deep in your soul. She is truly the Dutch Lauryn Hill.
