Background & career
Jean Café broke through during the prestigious German schlager competition Stauferkrone in 2022, where he won first prize with his song Rette mich. His powerful voice and emotional expression caught the attention of Ralph Siegel, the legendary producer behind Nicole's Ein bisschen Frieden, among others. Jean received a recording contract with Chips Records and worked with top lyricists such as Wolfgang Hofer and Willy Klüter.

His singles Rette Mich and Du musst ein Engel sein were well received and presented live on stages alongside big names like Andy Borg, Hein Simons (Heintje) and Andrea Berg. Despite personal setbacks, Jean remained true to his musical mission: to touch people with songs that describe life.
