The Funky Bastards are an 8-piece powerhouse delivering funk, soul, and groovy R&B with a fresh pop and jazz influence. Expect irresistible grooves, punchy brass lines and an explosive energy that turns any stage into a party. With two dynamic singers out front, a rhythm section that lays down heavy funk, and a tight horn section that blows the roof off, we guarantee a packed dance floor and unforgettable vibes.

Our performance can be tailored to your event: one continuous set of 60–90 minutes (about 1/1.5h total), two sets of 45–50 minutes with a short break in between (about 2h total), or three sets of 30–40 minutes with two short breaks (about 2.5h total). Depending on this format, we perform 12–25 energetic songs: 95% with vocals, interspersed with a few instrumental intermezzi in varying line-ups and the occasional soulful ballad. An additional option is a full-on show with extra lights and sound upon request.

Our show is perfect for festivals, corporate events, weddings and club nights where the audience wants to move, dance and celebrate to high-quality live music. Inspired by acts like Cory Wong, Lawrence, Philip Lassiter, Lettuce and Allen Stone, we deliver modern funk with soulful energy.
