Op zoek naar een leuke en actieve ervaring? Onze buikdansworkshop biedt een geweldige manier om samen te bewegen, plezier te maken en iets nieuws te leren! Geschikt voor jong en oud, ongeacht ervaring, zorgt deze workshop voor een vrolijke en ontspannen sfeer.
Wat kun je verwachten?
Duur: 30 minuten vol beweging en plezier.
Inclusief: Kleurrijke sjaals die de dans nog feestelijker maken.
Voor iedereen: Deze workshop is toegankelijk voor alle leeftijden en niveaus. Je hoeft geen ervaring te hebben om mee te doen.
Professionele begeleiding: Onder leiding van een ervaren buikdanser(es) leer je stap voor stap de basisbewegingen, van sierlijke armen tot swingende heupen, begeleid door vrolijke muziek.
De opbouw van de workshop
Een korte introductie over buikdans en wat het inhoudt.
Een eenvoudige warming-up om iedereen op te warmen.
Het leren van een aantal basistechnieken en danspassen.
Een gezamenlijke einddans waarin iedereen zijn of haar eigen draai kan geven aan de bewegingen.

Buikdans is niet alleen leuk om te doen, maar ook een fijne manier om soepelheid, ritme en
