Cultiveer vertrouwen en samenwerking door middel van partneroefeningen en groepsscènes, waarbij sterke banden tussen jouw team worden bevorderd. Een boeiende ervaring waarin iedereen zijn innerlijke acteur ontdekt en samen met anderen de kunst van het theater verkent.
In het dagelijks leven zijn onze bewegingen vaak verbonden met een doel, zoals lopen omdat we ergens naartoe moeten. Hierdoor ervaren we vaak niet bewust ons eigen lichaam. In de workshop nodigen Zippo Guo jouw team uit om deze gewoonte te doorbreken en een diepere verbinding met zichzelf te creëren door bewustzijn van lichaam en expressie. De focus ligt op persoonlijke groei en zelfontdekking door middel van fysieke theatertechnieken, waardoor jouw team hun innerlijke potentieel kunt onthullen en zelfvertrouwen kunt vergroten.
Leer aanwezig te zijn en dieper contact te maken met andere teamleden. Ontwikkel jouw creatieve vaardigheden terwijl u in een veilige en ondersteunende omgeving nieuwe manieren ontdekt om jezelf uit te drukken.
Wie ben ik?
Met een achtergrond in fysiek
theater van de Academie Voor Theater en Dans in Amsterdam, ben ik een gepassioneerde kunstenaar die de grenzen van creativiteit verkent. Als zowel illusionist als danser ben ik uniek in mijn multidisciplinaire benadering van kunst.
Mijn ervaring stelt me in staat om aangepaste oefeningen te creëren die passen bij de individuele behoeften van uw gasten. Ik nodig de gasten uit om samen met mij op een boeiende reis te gaan, waar we de kracht van fysieke expressie ontdekken en de magie van theater verkennen.
