Ich war zum zweiten Mal bei Zippos Body & Mind Workshop und es war wieder eine tolle Erfahrung. Zippo ist sehr freundlich und einladend und hat viele lustige Spiele mit uns gemacht. Diese Spiele helfen einem, sich wieder mit seinem Körper zu verbinden und ihn bewusster wahrzunehmen - besonders wenn man einen Bürojob hat, bei dem man sich nicht viel bewegt. Durch die spielerischen und ansprechenden Übungen fühlte ich mich mehr im Hier und Jetzt. Die Atmosphäre war entspannt und unterstützend, was es leicht machte, den Stress loszulassen und einfach den Moment zu genießen. Ich kann diesen Workshop jedem empfehlen, der sich wieder mit seinem Körper verbinden und Achtsamkeit auf spielerische Weise erfahren möchte.
