Lee-Ann is de band rondom zangeres Leanne Frankenberg. Bij een optreden zingt Leanne onder begeleiding van haar band covers van bekende Engelstalige popnummers uit de jaren ‘90 - ‘20.
Denk aan Amy Winehouse, Adèle, Alicia Keys, Jessie J., Krezip en Bruno Mars. Wij stemmen het repertoire en het volume af op de setting waar u ons voor boekt. Bij een receptie houden wij er bijvoorbeeld rekening mee dat u elkaar nog goed moet kunnen verstaan. Dit maakt Lee-Ann niet alleen geschikt voor optredens in de horeca en evenementen buiten (bijv. festivals, braderieën, markten, buurtfeesten en winkels), bedrijfsfeesten (bijv. kerst- of nieuwjaarsborrels en jubilea), maar ook voor kleinere of particuliere evenementen, zoals verjaardagen, 25-huwelijksfeesten, reünies en akoestische huiskameroptredens.
De band beschikt zelf over een geluidsinstallatie en heeft niets nodig van de organisator; alleen stroom. U hoeft dus niets zelf te regelen of huren en er zijn geen extra
kosten.

Very nice band to work with, even at special venues!

Last Saturday, the band Lee-Ann performed at its home festival in Monnickendam. Last year it was mostly songs by "strong" singers. This time the band chose songs by power women such as Amy Winehouse. Effortlessly, the band popped on it. Singer Leanne took the band members through a rousing performance. The set ended with a nostalgic song by de Dijk (a power singer after all?). It's always a treat to hear Lee-Ann perform. As far as the Soundbites organization is concerned, it was another 5-star performance.

Lee-Ann's performance during the board change was top notch. The playlist was diverse and well suited to the mood of the evening. The band is well matched and you notice this while playing. We enjoyed ourselves.

Leanne heeft voor ons opgetreden op ons huwelijksfeest. Dit vond plaats op "Het eiland van Hein" en dus buiten. Dat was voor de band geen enkel probleem. We hebben erg van ze genoten en kregen hele leuke reacties van onze gasten en ook van het personeel. Heel bijzonder was dat ik samen met Leanne aan de piano Make You Feel My Love mocht zingen voor onze gasten.

At my farewell party at work, Leanne performed with her band and it was really very successful. Highly recommended. Nice songs and what a voice this singer!!! The contact with the band was very pleasant. They were easily accessible. It was very nice that they had prepared several request songs that were given in advance. They were on time and quickly unpacked and packed:) For €400 it was also well within the budget for the party.

In September 2024 I got to celebrate 25 years in education with old and new colleagues and Lee-Ann performed at my reception in the gymnasium of the elementary school where I now work. Great singer, good band and in terms of songs and volume this was totally right for the occasion. The band alternated very well with colleagues who wanted to say something, as if it had been prepared that way. The guests ranged in age from 25 to 65 and there was something for everyone. We were able to talk quietly with each other at first, with the music in the background with some heavier music later in the evening. All this was well sensed/tuned.

Lee-Ann is a surprisingly fun band around singer/pianist Leanne Frankenberg from Monnickendam. Atmospheric and all-round, from pop to ballad, rock to soul. With a warm, full and very own voice, she knows how to mould many covers to her liking. Accompanied by a steady band (drums, bass, guitar) Lee-Ann has been a regular at the Soundbitesfestival in the center of Monnickendam. Lee-Ann is also an absolute must for a party, wedding, reception, festival etc.

It was immediately noticeable that the musicians are extremely well matched, with tight interplay and effortless transitions between songs. Particularly impressive was the singer, who left a lasting impression with her powerful and versatile voice. Her vocal performance, both on energetic songs and subdued ballads, was of a high level and added an extra dimension to the whole. The collaboration between the band and the singer demonstrated professionalism and a shared passion for music. This resulted in a performance that was both technically perfect and emotionally compelling. For anyone looking for a good musical performance, this band is definitely recommended. They deliver quality and show what dedication to the craft means.

Lee-Ann first came as a surprise at Glasses & Lens during Soundbites. The people who came to us were dancing so enthusiastically and the atmosphere is so nice when Lee-Ann performs that since then we invariably invite Lee-Ann when we want a positive sound in our store. Really very nice people.
