Het is Uitvindelf nog nooit gelukt om een uitvinding te laten slagen, maar nu heeft zij het geniaalste plan ooit bedacht; ze maakt een belmachine. En wat de belmachine kan…..? Bellenblazen! Maar zonder de hulp van de kinderen lukt het niet om de uitvinding te laten slagen.
