Deze veelzijdige live band biedt een unieke combinatie van een pianopartyshow en een swingende coverband. De leadzang wordt gedeeld door een zanger met een stevig eigen geluid en een veelzijdige zangeres, wat resulteert in een onvergetelijke muziekervaring waar niemand stil kan blijven staan! Boek nu The ShowBirds; dè ShowBird huisband! De band bestaat in de basis uit 6 bandleden, maar is uit te breiden met extra muzikanten en nationaal bekende gastartiesten.
De band speelt alle genres van vroeger en nu en vermengt ze vaak tot verrassende mashups en medleys. Bovendien zijn hun optredens uit te breiden met verschillende "Famous Friends" zoals Trijntje Oosterhuis, Berget Lewis, Wolter Kroes, Samantha Steenwijk, Lee Towers en Shirma Rouse.
The ShowBirds vinden dat een feest energiek, leuk en herkenbaar moet zijn. Daarom combineren ze de charme van een coverband met het tempo van een pianoshow. Ze schakelen moeiteloos tussen diverse muziekgenres, zoals rock 'n roll, dance, soul classics, eighties, nineties en Nederlandse hits. Bovendien zorgen ze ervoor dat de nieuwste hits ook in hun setlist staan. Elk bandlid heeft zijn eigen specialiteit, die ze op een meesterlijke manier combineren tot een avond die je niet snel

At the touch of the keys, the roof went off at the field hockey and cricket tournament at Quick! We were looking for a nice sing along interpretation for a Saturday night show at our outdoor theater at the campground. Through ShowBird, we ended up with Dave Fisscher of The ShowBirds. We are not the easiest client: we have many wishes in terms of sound (how "loud" we can go), target audience, a hard ending time, challenging location, and so on. Contact with Dave about this beforehand was quick and easy and open to additional requests. On the night itself, the tech and band were on time, flexible, and they played two fantastic one-hour sets. The finale was delightful, with lots of interaction with both adults and children in the audience. The performance fit our needs well, resulting in positive feedback from our guests. The Showbirds' tech partner was friendly and worked pleasantly with our AV. The bond with this band ;) is 'warm' for us from this evening on. And we like to keep it that way!
