Een goochelshow varieert van 15 tot 60 minuten. Het bevat veel vaste elementen waaronder interactie, humor, verwondering en spannende effecten. Als je op zoek bent naar een goochelaar die grote kisten meeneemt en duiven op het podium goochelt, dan kan je beter verder zoeken. Voor goochelaar Lange Jan geldt alleen het principe Pack Small Play Big. Oftewel vrij vertaald: haal zoveel mogelijk uit weinig materiaal. Dit is een hele uitdaging maar na vele pogingen en veel experimenteren heeft hij hieruit een succesvolle solide show weten op te bouwen. Hieronder ziet u een filmpje van een aantal jaren geleden. De act ‘naald door de ballon’ is een truc die hij veel en graag vertoont. De aandacht richt hij op de kinderen: zij moeten met een goed gevoel naar huis gaan.

Ip instead of the planned 200 to 250children, there were 300 children. The act was great! All children participated with great enthusiasm for 45 minutes. We have never heard the kids scream so loudly with enthusiasm. On behalf of our carnival association, absolutely worth repeating. Super fun act.

Our daughter turned 6,she wanted to celebrate at home with her friends. We had a fun, happy and magical party with Lange Jan the Trickster. Big and small, we enjoyed ourselves

We had ordered a performance by Long John the Trickster for my daughter's birthday. Absolutely was a good decision. It was all one big party. Despite the busy children, Lange Jan managed to give a great birthday party performance. Definitely a must for any party

We had to wait and see if this was going to work, because at the finish of the a4d a lot of children would come in, but wow, the line was getting longer. The little ones up to 10 years old had discovered our balloon man. That gave a lot of happy faces. Highly recommended to reward the children after such a party. Well done. Next year again and the a4d of Vlagtwedde saw the pictures too. They already asked how and what. Two entrepreneurs in Stadskanaal want it for an opening. So totally top
