Rembrandt's beroemde schilderij De Nachtwacht komt tot leven middels deze vrolijke circusparade met live muziek.
Een bonte stoet kunstenmakers trekt door de straat, Steltenlopers, muzikanten en jongleurs die als de Nachtwacht alles in de gaten houden. De optocht splitst zich regelmatig in duo’s, zodat ze zo veel mogelijk publiek in vrolijke verwarring kunnen brengen. Toeschouwers worden opgeroepen tot beweging middels commando’s en muzikale signalen.

Mogelijke varianten in bezetting:
Standaard: 6 personen: 2 steltenlopers, 2 muzikanten, 2 circusartiesten
Budget opzet: 5 personen € 1950 ex BTW: 2 steltenlopers, 2 muzikanten , 1 circusartiest
Verruiming: extra steltenlopers of circusartiesten kunnen ingezet worden tegen een toeslag van € 300 ex BTW per speler.

Meisjes van Vermeer: Melkmeisje en Meisje met de parel (evt op stelten)
