Na het opzetten van het inspirerende theaterevent Speaker's Night gaan er deuren open voor Pascal. Hij treedt toe tot Nederlands grootste sprekersbureau Speakers Academy, mag zijn eigen radiotalkshow presenteren op zender Easy FM en wordt gevraagd als presentator van de tv-talkshow De Tafel Op TV op Kijk Almere. Daarnaast sluit Pascal zich aan als Spelhost en begeleidt wekelijks moordspellen of een dinerquiz voor klein en grote groepen.
Af en toe wordt hij gevraagd voor een commercial of voor het inspreken van een voice-over. Via Speaker's Academy wordt Pascal bovendien naast lezingen steeds vaker geboekt als dagvoorzitter of moderator voor (zakelijke) events.
