Welkom bij de The Groove Academy, dé all-round band voor alle feesten en evenementen. De naam zegt het al; wij zorgen ervoor dat ieder evenement ook echt een swingend feest wordt!
Maar liefst 10(!) enthousiaste muzikanten voorzien uw bruiloft, bedrijfsevenement, gala of dorpsfeest van een heerlijke muzikale show. Ons repertoire varieert van de hits uit de jaren '60, '70, '80 en '90, tot aan alle groovy nummers uit dit millennium.
Ooit begonnen als studentenband The Groove Phenomenon zijn we inmiddels volgroeid tot volwaardige feestband die de planken uit elk podium swingt.
Kortom, als u op zoek bent naar een avondvullend muziekprogramma met enthousiaste muzikanten die het voortouw nemen in maken van een feest dan is The Groove Academy de juiste band!
De genoemde prijs is inclusief geluidsinstallatie en licht met technicus voor een zaal van 80 tot 200 personen. Wij hebben verschillende opties voor het verzorgen van licht en geluid. Neem contact

My friend and I were celebrating our 50th birthdays. And had asked The Groove Academy to come and play. We enjoyed it very much! And so did our friends and family. The band has a lot of energy and really gives away a show. Songs from all decades pass by. From The Beatles to contemporary Dutch songs. For everyone recognizable and danceable!

The Groove Academy was groovy! A great show with a whirlwind performance. The whole performance exudes fun. The presence of horns made it complete. Built up in no time and with a good sound technician who ensured a perfect reproduction of the music. The performance consisted of three parts, each time the band members appeared in a different outfit. Because the band members also walk among the audience while playing, interaction with the audience was created. The playlist consists of Dutch and English hits, mainly '70s,'80s,'90s,'00s. You can request songs in advance and they will be played. Received many positive comments from my guests about the party and especially about the band!

The Groove Academy managed to get everyone on the dance floor in no time and deliver such a great evening. Musical, entertainment, connecting with audience, enjoying themselves to the fullest, it was really in a word great! Even my big dream to sing a song with the band could be fitted in. Very grateful for their enormous contribution to the success of my 50th birthday party. I will be reminiscing for a very long time!!!

The Groove Academy first played at our wedding five years ago. It was very well received then. What an energy comes from the band! Very contagious, you could tell from the guests. The band has a very varied repertoire, but request numbers can also be rehearsed. What a sound the ten-piece band put together. Great! For this reason we booked the band again, for our anniversary. We have booked The Groove Academy before corona for our wedding. The contact has been very good and pleasant all along. We were allowed to come and watch a rehearsal to get a taste of the atmosphere, which was very nice. The band has a lot of happy energy. They contacted the party location themselves. This was very well arranged. They played really great! It is a band with male and female singers with a repertoire for young and old. They really make a show of it and look great. There was dancing all evening! We were also allowed to request a song that they learned to play especially for us. This made our opening dance very personal and special to us. Highly recommended for a dream wedding!

TOP! What an atmosphere! The Groove Academy clearly plays just as much for their own pleasure as for that of the party guests. The 10-piece band turned out to play at such a high musical level - with countless recognizable hits from different musical eras - that they were almost allowed to pass for professional.
