Zingen maakt blij, ontspant, verbindt én is gezond. Tijdens mijn workshop gaan we samen zingen en werken we spelenderwijs aan vertrouwen, samenwerking en presentatie. Veel mensen vinden zingen in het begin een beetje spannend – maar echt: iedereen kan zingen. Iedere stem is uniek en mag er zijn. Het hoeft niet perfect te zijn. Juist door samen te zingen ontstaat er ruimte, energie en verbinding binnen de groep.
Mijn zangworkshops zijn zeer geschikt voor bedrijfsfeesten, teamdagen, heidagen en andere zakelijke events, maar kunnen natuurlijk ook georganiseerd worden voor een privéfeest, vriendinnendag of bijzondere gelegenheid. Samen werken we aan stemgebruik, uitstraling en het durven laten horen van jezelf. Je zult merken dat na deze interactieve en laagdrempelige workshop de samenwerking en
onderlinge contacten soepeler verlopen. Van zingen groeit jouw bewustzijn – en dat werkt door op andere (werk)gebieden.
De workshop kan plaatsvinden op iedere locatie in Nederland en ik neem indien gewenst mijn eigen piano mee. Het repertoire stemmen we samen af en ideeën of specifieke wensen zijn altijd welkom.
