"The Dukes of Jazz will make your get-together or party that little bit more special with laid-back jazz."

The Duke's of Jazz consist of two professionals Tijn Trommelen (guitar, possibly vocals on request) and Rik van der Made (tenor sax). The Duke's play music from the swing period, from 1920s to 1950s.

This music is wonderfully relaxed in the background of get-togethers, receptions, weddings and swing parties! In terms of repetoire choice, you can think of the Sinatra or Nat King Cole classics like Fly me to the Moon or L.O.V.E.
This can be small and acoustic, but in consultation can also be extended with double bassist / drummer / pianist / trombonist / trumpet player. Send or a message if you are curious about the options!

With vocals is on request.
Of course we can play longer than the specified 2 hours. Shorter is also possible of course.
Because of the large amount of requests, we also play regularly with substitutes who are trained in the same style and have completed at least a bachelor or master degree at the conservatory, so maybe an unfamiliar face, but super good jazz!
