Kookaburra is een 5-delige rockband uit Haarlem, Nederland (wij zijn dus NIET het Belgische Kookaburra) die niet standaard is! Onverwachte rockcovers en een groeiend aantal originelen, een unieke act voor jouw feest! De prijs van 300 euro geldt in Haarlem en omgeving. Daarbuiten hangt het af van meerdere factoren.
Welkom bij Kookaburra. Wij zijn een 5-mans rockcoverband bestaande uit Chielie (zang), Frits de Haan (gitaar, bijzang), Pim Kruijt (gitaar, bijzang), Tjeerd Gunning (basgitaar) en Lester Brunt (drums). Wij spelen bij voorkeur wat onverwachtere rockcovers. Van, bijvoorbeeld, de Allman Brothers Band, de Black Crowes, Cream, David Bowie, Eels, Live, Neil Young, Paul Weller, The Clash, The Who, Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers en Tragically Hip.
