The Dutch-language 'Rocking Dub Reggae' band Maanzaad is sailing its own course. Seven musicians, like unguided projectiles, launch themselves into orbit, away from well-trodden paths. The elemental particles of a Poppy Seed concert? Spirited vocals in your mother tongue, rocking dub grooves and a lived anti-establishment philosophy with a fat humorous wink!
