Brings a 45 minute Tribute of Benny Neyman including his big hits such as Why Do I Still Whisper Your Name eva. optional also additional new own repertoire.

Heerlen-born Gerardus Hubertus Eduard van Hout aka Ger Edwards, (his stage name explained here...) once decided to enter the national preliminaries of Henny Huisman's sound mix show, as an impersonator then of his great idol; Benny Neyman.

Public and professional jury thought they could hear in his voice, besides an atmosphere of Benny Neyman, other similarities such as: Herman van Veen, Rob de Nijs, Will Tura and Joost Nuissl.

At a personal meeting Ger had with Neyman during a theater concert in Den Bosch, he gave Ger some useful tips.
In his spare time Ger, who lives in Tiel, wants to perform regularly with his Benny Neyman Tribute, but also (if desired) arrangements of various artists and own songs. So basically something for everyone, for a wide audience, from young to old

During his Benny Neyman Tribute, do not expect an après ski-like corruption of the songs as you sometimes hear with others. Ger Edwards stays true to the atmosphere of the songs exactly as Benny would have wanted. Ger Edwards will continue to respect this atmosphere during his performance.
