..fare la sfoglia?! Learn to make fresh egg pasta by hand... Only in the towns and villages of the Italian region of Emilia Romagna, pasta is still made by hand. By skillfully kneading by hand, you give the tagliatella the right texture to absorb the Bolognese sauce and the tortellino gets just the right 'bite'

During the workshop you will get backgrounds, explanations, demonstrations and of course you can practice it extensively yourself. Of course we go to the table and eat our own product together while enjoying a good glass of wine:)
